All orders are sent through Australia Post.

Care For your Order

Bonsai Shop take care packaging all orders to help get your Bonsai order to you as safe and as fast as possible.

Bonsai Shop use Australia Post with pricing taken directly from their systems. You may estimate shipping costs to you , by proceeding with an order without finalising payment. Remember that shipping times will be estimated, and may be shorter or longer than the time quoted.

Each order is checked and packed carefully in our Bonsai warehouse ensuring that you receive your order as expected.


All Bonsai pots, Bonsai figurines and most tools are wrapped in bubble wrap before being packed in boxes or mailing bags.
Pots also are packed with protective reclaimed hard foam and layers of reclaimed cardboard.

Environmental sustainability is very important to us. We try to re-use as much packaging as possible.

Bonsai Trees

Shipped to You

All Bonsai are sent from our warehouse wrapped in plastic film to keep the soil in, with bubble wrap around the foliage to keep it intact. All Bonsai are placed in mailing boxes with adequate reclaimed foam or reclaimed cardboard if other items have been ordered with them. Books are placed in bubble wrap and a mailing bag or bubble lined bags to protect the pages from marks and creases. 

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that due to quarantine restrictions, trees cannot be sent to Western Australia, Tasmania, or New Zealand. If you are in any of these areas and order a tree you will be refunded. BonsaiShop apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.


Items can be returned according to Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for a return, evidence of fault must be supplied. Returns will be processed within ten days of receipt of all information to support the return. Please contact us via email to process your return.
